Ingredients:
1 pound ground chicken
1 cup buffalo sauce
8 ounces mozzarella cheese, cut into cubes
6 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
1 cup all-purpose flour
2 large eggs, beaten
2 cups breadcrumbs

1 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Vegetable oil, enough for deep frying
Instruction:
Place a mozzarella cube and a small amount of crumbled bacon in the center. Encase filling with chicken, forming a compact ball.

Arrange flour, beaten eggs, and breadcrumbs each in separate shallow bowls. Lightly dredge each chicken ball in flour, coat in egg, then roll in breadcrumbs to cover completely.
Pour vegetable oil into a deep skillet to a depth of approximately 2 inches and heat to 350°F (175°C).
Working in batches, gently lower breaded balls into the hot oil. Fry for 5 to 7 minutes, turning as needed, until uniformly golden brown and internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
Remove fried bombs with a slotted spoon and drain briefly on paper towels. Serve immediately with additional buffalo sauce for dipping.
Notes
For even cheese melt, ensure the mozzarella cubes are fully encased in chicken to prevent leakage during frying.
